1D earned enough money in 2013 to buy 5 million copies of the new Little Mix CD and then grab lunch at Nando’s. Yes, honestly.

Forbes have just released their list of ‘Top 30 Under 30’ for the highest-earners in music and global superstars One Direction are at the very top of the list with smashes such as ‘Best Song Ever’ and ‘Story of My Life’ helping to net the lucky lads a whopping $42million in 2013. Congrats, boys.

We’ve got our calculators and thinking caps out and have made a list of some of the things that the lads could get their hands on with their-hard earned cash:

  • 8 LearJet 60XRs
  • 84,000 iPads
  • 8 Lamborghini Veneno Roadsters (the most expensive car in the world)
  • 5.25 million copies of the new Little Mix CD
  • Their own Nando’s restaurant branch

There are also plenty of other famous faces on the list, with soul singer Bruno Mars, tiny twerking twentysomething Miley Cyrus, and shy and retiring global superstar Justin Bieber all getting a spot as influential and massive people in the world of music.  We approve of your choices, Forbes folks!
