It’s okay Adele, you win some and you lose some in the Official Charts Update…

Adele’s highly anticipated third studio album was released on Friday and is already on the top of the charts, not to shabby aye? It’s also set to break a chart record as being the fastest-selling album EVER. Not really surprise though as she’s already clocked up over 500,000 sales in the UK alone! Gwarn Adele!

Elsewhere a random reappearance but none other than the King himself Elvis is at number two with his collection ‘If I Can Dream’. J Biebs ‘Purpose’ is at number three. We also have a new entry this week from Enya with her album ‘Dark Sky Island’ coming in at number four and last weeks chart toppers One Direction ‘Made In The A.M.’ closes off our top five.

Moving onto the singles chart now *singing in our best J Biebs impression* and it was like baby baby baby oh I thought you’d always be mine. Why? Because Justin has three tracks in the top five… He’s taken the top spot with ‘Sorry’,  sitting comfortably at number three is ‘Love Yourself’ and ‘What Do You Mean’ is at number five, lovely jubbly.

Sandwiched in between the Biebs at number two is Adele with ‘Hello’ and it looks like these two are fighting for this weeks top spot, but who will come out on top? We’re gonna have to wait and see!

Finishing off the singles chart this week is Fleur East sitting at number four with her epic tune ‘Sax’.
