As you all may know, one of the best things about this show is our lead girl, Clarke. She’s an excellent portrayal of a strong female we all need on our screens. We have a list of 5 reasons why we love her (WARNING: there are spoilers below.Read at your own risk).

1. HER STRENGTH

We’ve seen Clarke as a weak, fragile prisoner on the Ark to becoming a strong and independent woman who will take no crap from anyone and who wants to do right by the ones she loves. Don’t cross her, she’ll make you pay. Or give you up to Lexa.

2. HER LOVELexa_and_clarke

Clarke will do absolutely anything for the ones she loves and she’ll protect them at any cost. She has risked her life numerous times and won’t stop until everyone she cares about is safe.

3. HER BRAVERY

Seriously, this girl is one of the bravest we’ve seen in a while. She’s had quite a few things thrown her way and she managed to remain brave even though she wanted to die inside. We believe killing Finn was one of the most hardest and bravest moments Clarke has faced.

4. HER HAIR

Let’s be honest, surviving on Earth for two and a half seasons plus all the crap she’s been through and her hair still looks amazing. Girl, what are your secrets?

5. HER LEADERSHIP

If Clarke was the leader of girl scouts, we’d sign up. Even if she was the leader of pretty much anything, we’d be right behind her. Yes, she has done some questionable things during the series but what leader hasn’t? Don’t be too quick to judge if you haven’t been in that position yet. Clarke, keep slaying the game.
