4 things we love about the cover of ‘Off the Page’ by Jodi Picoult and Samantha van Leer

off the pageMeet Oliver, a prince literally taken from the pages of a fairy tale and transported into the real world. Meet Delilah, the girl who wished Oliver into being. It’s a miracle that seems perfect at first – but there are complications. To exist in Delilah’s world, Oliver must take the place of a regular boy. Enter Edgar, who agrees to play Oliver’s role in the pages of Delilah’s favorite book. But just when it seems that the plan will work, everything gets turned upside down.

Talk about every book lover’s dream! And so is the cover. Here are 5 things we love about it!

  1. The book page edges. The glimpse of text around the border of the cover basically makes us *heart eyes*.

2. A book on a book! Talk about sucker punch a book lover with a book on a book.

3. The title itself immediately catches the attention. What’s coming off the page?! TELL US.

4. And then the image of person being pulled out of a book! It’s all a bit too much, really. Can you imagine being a able to pull your favourite characters out of books? Even the idea makes us woozy with excitement.
