We are MASSIVE musical theatre fans here at MP! Towers, it’s so hard to pick a favourite. But after some serious negotiation, we’ve concluded that there are 3 shows YOU HAVE TO experience in London’s West End.

Kyle-Taylor-Parker-Kinky

1. ‘Kinky Boots’ at the Adelphi Theatre

This is the ultimate story of friendship, self belief and good shoes. Charlie Price is struggling to live up to his father’s expectations, and keep their family business going. But when Charlie meets Lola, things begin to look up.

Starring: Killian Donnelly, Matt Henry, Amy Lennox, Jamie Baughan, Amy Ross, Michael Hobbs.

  • The fabulous costumes (especially those red boots!)

2. ‘The Lion King’ at the Lyceum Theatre 

One of Disney’s classic stories comes to life in this epic stage production. Focused on the story of Simba, and his journey from cub to King of the Pridelands.

Starring: George Asprey, Shaun Escoffery, Brown Lindiwe Mkhize, Howard Gossington, Richard Frame, Keith Bookman, Jonathan Andrew Hume, Ava Brennan.

3. ‘Matilda The Musical’ at the Cambridge Theatre

Based on the beautiful book from Roald Dahl, ‘Matilda The Musical’ brings the story to life in a new way. Matilda is an ordinary girl, with an extraordinary mind. Despite her hard life, she is determined to shape her own destiny.

Starring: Craige Els, Rebecca Thornhill, Michael Begley, Joshua Wyatt, Lisa Davina Phillip, Miria Parvin.
