2014 Kids Choice Awards nominations are in: Neon Jungle, Elyar Fox and The Vamps lead the British invasion!

The nominations for this year’s Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice awards have finally been announced… and they’ve added FOUR brand new UK categories!

This year’s star-studded ceremony will be held in Hollywood on Sunday 30th of March and hosted by none other than Mark Wahlberg himself. Not only that, but Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely from Diversity will be getting all the red – wait, orange – carpet action before the main show kicks off at 5 30pm. Who needs E! Red Carpet Live, eh?

As for the new categories, organizers have introduced Best UK Vlogger, UK Favourite Football Star, UK Favourite Band and UK Favourite Breakthrough Act. MP! stalwarts The Vamps, Neon Jungle and Elyar Fox have been nominated for UK Breakthrough Act – hurrah! – while big hitters 1D, The Wanted, Little Mix and Union J will be battling it out for UK Favourite Band – double hurrah!
